1.2. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or International destinations outside of South Africa.

6.1. All orders shipped within South Africa are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with South African Law.

  1. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Deliveries

7.2. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package, we will contact the customer to arrange redelivery. Please note that the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
